100% Products Have To Go Through More Than 5 Checks In The Whole Manufacturing Process: IQC - IPQC - AT - FQC - OQC

1、Warehouse Incoming Material Control the quality of each batch of materials，Ensure that the product is always presented to customers with first-class quality.	2、Incoming Quality Control Every batch of raw materials undergoes rigorous quality screening and testing before entering the warehouse.
3、Semi Knocked Down(SKD) Precision assembly of various semi-finished components and parts is conducted to form the initial framework of the product.	4、Semi-finished Full-function Test Conduct functional tests on the products, documenting various normal and abnormal conditions.
5、Finished Product Assembly Integrate various components in an orderly manner to ensure that each component is correctly connected.	6、Final Quality Control(FQC) After undergoing inspection by the quality control department, ensure that the product's appearance, structure, performance,and other aspects meet craft standards.
7、8h Temperature Aging Test After running the product continuously for 8 hours under high-temperature conditions,test its performance in extreme environments.	8、Final Quality Control(FQC) Conduct comprehensive testing on all functions of the product, including normal usage scenarios and functionality verification in special conditions.
9、High and Low Temperature Subject the product to temperature and humidity tests, observing its adaptability under different conditions of temperature,humidity, pressure, etc., to ensure stable operation.	10、Out-going Quality Control(OQC) Before leaving the factory, the product undergoes a final random inspection, including checks on appearance and performance,to ensure completeness and compliance with design and factory standards.
11、Product Storage Store the inspected products safely in the warehouse.	12、Delivery Through efficient logistics solutions, Ensure that the products are safely transported from the factory to the customer.

After-sales service

BUSRV Co., Ltd. has always been committed to improving pre-sales and after-sales service and expanding the market. Since its establishment in 2006, product sales and market share have increased year by year. The company adheres to the business philosophy of "quality first, integrity-based" and sincerely hopes to establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers at home and abroad for mutual success and brilliance!

For products purchased from our company, we promise to provide one year of free maintenance service. Our company guarantees that if a performance failure occurs within 7 days from the date of delivery, consumers can unconditionally exchange the product (excluding physical damage caused by consumers). After the warranty period, our company may charge a certain material cost or maintenance labor cost at its discretion during repairs.
If you need to return the product to our company for maintenance or troubleshooting, you should send us an email, phone call, or fax before sending any products and wait for the return authorization.
If the returned product (within the warranty period) is discontinued or difficult to repair, our company will consider replacement or other solutions, to be negotiated by both parties.

Can I customize the system?
Yes. Most of our systems support customization. Components in our wired systems can also be flexibly matched or replaced according to different application needs, vehicle types, and usage scenarios.
What is the average delivery time?
For samples, the delivery time is usually about 7 days. For bulk orders, the delivery time is generally 20–30 days after receiving the deposit.

The delivery time starts when:
1. We receive your deposit;
2. We receive your final confirmation of the product solution or order details.
If your project has a specific delivery deadline, please inform us during the sales communication process. We will do our best to meet your schedule, and in most cases, we are able to accommodate customer delivery requirements.
Does your company provide product warranty?
Yes. All of our products come with a one-year warranty. We value customer experience and will actively assist customers in solving any product-related issues during use.
What payment methods do you accept?
Normally, customers can pay a 30% deposit to our bank account in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against a copy of the bill of lading. Specific payment terms can be discussed according to the order situation.
How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost depends on the shipping method, quantity, weight, volume, destination, and other related factors. Express delivery is usually faster but more expensive, while sea freight is more suitable for bulk shipments.

After confirming the specific quantity, weight, and shipping method, we can provide a more accurate freight quotation.
